On April 1, the government decided that in order to reduce epidemiological risks, most of the pre-established epidemiological safety requirements and their control would remain in place even after the end of the emergency.
In order to stop the spread of COVID-19 and to stabilize the epidemiological situation, the pre-established security measures to be followed by visitors in the territorial divisions of the OCMA shall remain in force.
When receiving services in person, please follow the rules:
- Pre-appointment is mandatory;
- The mouth and nose cover must be worn by all visitors. Mouth and nose pads may not be used by children under the age of 7 and persons with mobility impairments or mental health problems;
- A physical distance of 2 m must be observed;
- People who have passed the Covid-19 test, who have been recognized as contact persons or who have to maintain self-isolation upon arrival from abroad are not allowed to visit divisions of OCMA.
Customers who do not follow the specified security measures will not be served.
In order to reduce the stay in the customer service hall and communication with other visitors, we invite clients to arrive at the exact time announced for the service - neither earlier nor later. We also draw your attention to the fact that the visitor must come alone, if there is no need to act otherwise.
Taking care of the health and safety of OCMA clients, we invite you to use one of the offered e-services. Additional information can be obtained by calling the information phone: +371 67209400, or by using e-service “Application to an institution”.
