On March 15, after a break of more than two months, the specialists of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OCMA) will return to the Sigulda Municipality Service Center at Raina Street 3, giving the residents of Sigulda an opportunity to issue and receive a passport and identity card or eID card.

Dear customers! We would like to inform you that the response to the receipt of the Office's services in the Sigulda division is very high and the registration has been completed by April 8. At the end of March, the most up-to-date information on the possibility to apply for services in the Sigulda division after April 8 will be published on the Office's website www.pmlp.gov.lv and in social network accounts.

It is planned that in the coming months it will be possible to make an appointment in the OCMA online registration system, so please follow the information at www.pmlp.gov.lv !

It will be possible to issue and receive a passport and eID card by prior appointment in Sigulda from March 15 at the following times:

  • Monday. 8.30–16.00;
  • Tuesday. 8.30–15.00;
  • Wednesday. 8.30–15.00;
  • Thursday .8.30–16.00;
  • Friday. 8.30–13.30.

It has already been reported that after discussions of Sigulda Municipality Council Chairman Uģis Mitrevics with the OCMA management, a solution was found by mutual agreement on how to further ensure the issuance and issuance of passport and eID card services in Sigulda, increasing the service from one working day to five working days.

Sigulda municipality was actively involved in helping the OCMA to provide services to the residents of Sigulda - it offered support in providing premises, informative assistance in finding employees and other support.
