- If the national language test has been successfully passed, but the status of a permanent resident of the European Union has not previously been obtained due to the period of absence or insufficient financial resources, the documents for requesting a permanent residence permit must be submitted to the Administration by December 31, 2023.

- The document, confirming the means of subsistence. Means of subsistence shall mean the funds available at the disposal of the person

Documents will be examined within four months.
Before submission of the documents payment of the State fee in the amount of 100 euros shall be made.
