The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (hereinafter – the OCMA) has launched a European Union fund project titled “Enhancing Asylum Seeker Reception Standards for the Implementation of the Migration and Asylum Pact.” The aim of the project is to modernize the infrastructure for receiving asylum seekers and to improve the provision of support to persons in need of international protection. Over the next four years, until December 31, 2029, the OCMA, in cooperation with the State Provision Agency, will implement significant improvements to the infrastructure of accommodation centers.
