Information about options to issue and receive identification documents according to the queue:

We remind you that it is possible to visit nine territorial offices on every business day to receive passport and eID according to the queue: Alūksne, Balvi, Kraslava, Kuldiga, Ludza, Madona, Preili, Valka, Ventspils divisions.

Please note that priority will be given to customers who have signed up, and only then to customers who have come to receive services on a first-come, first-served basis.

On all Fridays of March and April - on 18 and 25 March, and 8, 22 and 29 April it will be possible to arrange and receive documents at the Rezekne Division of the Office according to the queue only. The Rezekne division forms and issues passports, eID cards and residence permit cards for citizens and non-citizens.

On three Fridays in April - on 8, 22 and 29 April - the possibility to arrange and receive personal identity documentsaccording to the queue only will be provided at the Riga 1st Division and Ogre Division of the Office. Riga 1st division forms and issues only passports and eID cards for citizens and non-citizens. Ogre division Passports and eID cards of citizens and non-citizens ONLY.
We remind you that customers must wear a face mask and observe the distance from other customers when receiving the service.
