The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Office) has developed a convenient and functional electronic tool (hereinafter referred to as the e-tool), which will allow clients to easily and quickly receive information about the available solutions for obtaining information from the Register of Natural Persons.
The e-tool provides information on the possibilities of obtaining information about oneself, one's child under the age of 18, a person under guardianship or trusteeship, as well as on the procedure for paying the state duty and the service fee. The e-tool also provides information on e-services provided by the Office for obtaining and updating information in the Register of Natural Persons.
"The Office continues to develop and improve its services to save customers time and provide a user-friendly experience. This is the second electronic tool developed by the Office for the convenience of its clients," says Maira Roze, Head of the Office.
It is available in both Latvian and English on the Office's website under "Information from the Register of Natural Persons".
