The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs informs that the informative phone number of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs will change as of 1 March 2018. Further on it will be possible to obtain information by calling to the phone number +371 67209400 (instead of the current number 8300).
The informative phone of the OCMA receives more than 150 calls per day, the content of which is consisting of the questions interesting to clients of the Office, which are mostly asked about the migration area, about the current contact information and about the procedure for processing of personal identity documents.
In order to improve the quality of the provided service, employees of the territorial units of the OCMA will reply to the informative phone calls further on. When calling to the OCMA informative phone, clients will be able to receive information about all services provided by the OCMA - passports, residence permits, visas, declaration of the place of residence, as well as costs of the services of the OCMA, working hours and place of location of divisions and other important topics.
Working hours of the informative phone: from Mondays to Thursdays from 9:00 to 16:30, on Fridays from 9:00 to 16:00. During non-working hours it will be possible to find out about the services by visiting the website of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs.
This is to remind you that a fee for the informative phone will be deducted, depending on the mobile operator and tariff selected by the client. In order to receive individual consultation about the issues, being under the competence of the OCMA, we recommend to turn to any territorial unit of the OCMA.
