In order to improve the quality of services provided by the OCMA, a pilot project was introduced this year - a pre-appointment application that currently operates in 14 divisions:
Riga 1., Riga 2., Rīgas 3., Bauska, Cesis, Daugavpils, Dobele, Jekabpils, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Ogre, Rēzekne, Valmiera, Ventspils divisions.
Divisions are gradually added to the pre-appointment pilot project, and the number of divisions what offer to join the queue remotely is regularly replenished.
The pilot project application is easy to use on the OCMA website:
- If you are using a homepage, open the app section of pre-appointment application;
- Select the division of the OCMA where you want to make the pre-appointment, click on “Book appointment”, indicating whether you have traveled or been in contact with COVID-19 in the last 10 days;
- Choose the required service;
- Choose a date and time (available appointment times are highlighted in green);
- Click "Reserve" and "Confirm";
- Enter your name and email address;
- Click “Continue”;
- Enter your mobile phone number and click "Submit";
- Enter the code from the received message.
The pre-appointment has been made and a confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail!
The pilot project app can also be used on a mobile phone:

If you're using a mobile phone, download the mobile app Qticket Google Play (if your mobile phone has an Android operating system) or the App store (if you have an iPhone);

Select "Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs";

Select the OCMA division where you want to make a pre-appointment and the required service;

Click on “Book appointment”;

Choose a date and time (available appointment times are highlighted in green);

Click "Reserve" and "Confirm";

Enter your name and email address;

Click “Continue”.
The pre-appointment has been made and a confirmation will be sent to the specified e-mail!
If you can't come to receive the service, cancel your pre-appointment!
