Daugavpils division

There are three ways to issue and receive citizen's and non-citizen's passport and eID card  in the Daugavpils division:

• according to the queue, i.e. going to the division without making an appointment in advance;
• joining the remote queue for issuing or receiving a passport and eID card on the given day, using the Qticket mobile app;
• by making a previous appointment for a specific day and time here. 

You can apply for a permanent residence permit and a temporary residence permit (photograph, biometric data) in three ways:

• according to the queue, i.e. going to the division without making an appointment in advance;
• joining the remote queue on the given day using the Qticket mobile app;
• by making a previous appointment for a specific day and time here.

Daugavpils division is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Division is suitable for receiving services for persons in wheelchairs and visitors with baby carriages. 

Krāslava branch

• Krāslava branch, at Dīķu street 5, you can issue and receive a personal identification document on the first and third Wednesday of each month.

• The service can only be received by prior appointment, which can be done by calling to the phone of the Krāslava County Council - 27331143 on Mondays from 8.30 to 11.30 a.m.

Līvāni branch

• Līvāni branch, at Domes Street 3, 2nd floor, room 202, you can issue and receive a personal identification document on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.

• The service can only be received by prior appointment, which can be done in person at the unified customer service center of the state and municipality in Līvāni, Rīgas street 77, or by calling 25441441 or 65307250.
