Employed in the Republic of Latvia in the status of an employee

The Union citizen is entitled to request the registration card if he/she is employed in the Republic of Latvia in the status of an employee:

The Union citizen shall file:

• a standard questionnaire
  provided that he/she has not, prior to that, obtained a registration card or a residence permit;
• a copy of a valid travel document (all pages containing entries or markings). The compliance of the copy is confirmed by the submitter (copy is correct, number of pages, name, date, signature);
• a document confirming that he/she is employed in the Republic of Latvia in the status of an employee.
