Issue of politically repressed person certificated

Process description

1. Service requests
   If the person requesting the authorisation for the first time, then she, presenting a personal identification document shall submit the documents in any of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs territorial chapter:
   1) a submission with a request for a politically repressed person status and a submission regarding the issuance of politically repressed person (you can fill out applications in the chapter);
   2) a document attesting to the fact of the repression of the Communist or Nazi regime;
   3) a photograph (35x45 mm), not older than three months.
   If the certificate has been lost or become invalid, the person shall submit the following:
   1) a submission regarding the issuance of politically repressed persons;
   2) a photograph.
   A person who is not able to attend the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (due to the state of health or the fact that is located in an imprisonment institution), the certificate may receive location, presenting a personal identification document and sign on the submission of licence.

2. Receipt of services
   Personal identification document shall be subject to presentation
