Description:
When you use an e-service, the messages are provided immediately. In person, by post or by electronic means to the official address of the person, the information shall be provided for a period of not more than one month.
Description:
In person, the information shall be the possibility to request the owner of the immovable property or his authorised representative by producing a document certifying the authorisation. Only a natural person can use the e-service “Persons declared and additional address specified in my property”.
The owner of the immovable property or his or her authorised person may, in writing, request and receive, free of charge, information in the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OCMA) concerning persons who have declared or registered a place of residence in their real estate or on the number of such persons included in the register of Natural Persons. If it is not possible to receive information from the State Unified computerised Land Register regarding the owner of immovable property, a document certifying property rights shall be required. In the e-service “Persons declared on my property and listed as additional address”, information is provided only for those immovable properties for which information is included in the Land Registers. It is possible to obtain up-to-date information on persons declared or registered in that property or on persons who have designated the property as an additional address in the e-service. The owner of the estate also has the option to cancel the specified additional address. Information regarding the persons declared and registered shall be provided from the Register of Natural Persons in the following amount: name (given name), surname, personal identity number and date of declaration at the address, legal basis if the information regarding this has been updated in the Register of Natural Persons. The messages for the specified additional address contain the starting date and ending date if the person has specified the ending date.

Electronically
The information obtained in the e-service is not a document with legal effect. During the execution of the service, details are provided from: 1. State unified computerised Land Registers of the Court Administration regarding the properties registered by the user; 2. The State Land Service Real Estate Cadastre Information System and the State Address Register regarding the addresses of the cadastre objects in the composition of the property; 3. PMLP Personal Register of persons with a valid residence registration or an additional address indicated at the time of use of the service.

Service requests
Information may be requested by remote transmission of a free form application in any territorial division of the PMLP:
- by post;
- in e-mail, if the application has been signed with a secure electronic signature;
- electronically using the official electronic e-Address.

Receipt of services
The service is received according to the choice of the requester.
Electronically, receiving messages is free of charge.
For receiving messages electronically, a safe way of receiving restricted access information must be selected:
official e-address activated on the Latvija.lv portal,
or e-mail when using special software for encrypting data (PGP or GPG public key).
For the sending of messages in paper form in the form of a recorded mailing, the fees of the PMLP fee service and the VAS Latvijas Pasta will have to be paid.
